We have come a long way with Villa 3 at The Beach Houses and are thrilled with the results.

As things are moving forward for us, we are looking to start the construction of a new villa for the new year.
We will be finishing up the details on Villa 3 and starting the landscaping around the villa to create more privacy with tropical fauna and flora. We can’t wait to invite you for a viewing.

Elmsbrdige Design is working on the interior plan for plot 9, a 2-bedroom villa which will be starting construction in a few weeks. This will be priced in the US $1.5M range and have all the latest modern fixtures with the right balance of chic and classy Caribbean beach house style. Stay tuned for more details!
