We are so thrilled with the progress of Villa 3, our show villa

Good news! Our completed show villa is now under offer and to go down memory lane we included an album of photos to show the progress of this gem of a villa. The landscaping is starting to grow around, with individual paths leading to the beach to eventually be surrounded by mature tropical vegetation.

In other news, four new beach homes are due to begin construction by the end of the year, starting with plots 8 and 9 for a 4-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa respectively. We have 6 plots remaining available for purchase, two of which (1 and 6) are larger plots at two-thirds of an acre each. The price of owning a home in The Beach Houses community ranges from approximately 1,500,000 USD to 5,500,000 USD depending on the plot and villa design.
