We are open all day Monday to Friday and welcome all visitors to come to find out about our villas and homeownership at The Gardens. They also have two ownership pathways: the first is to buy a villa outright and the second is to buy a 25% fraction allowing you 25% of the time each year in the villa and you will receive net rental income for any weeks you aren’t in residence and the villa is rented.
