We want to wish you a Happy New Year!

This year’s winter season started once again with the Annual Charter Yacht Show happening in Falmouth and English Harbours, and even though it was a limited event for the first time since COVID, the excitement has been palpable in the harbours!

This season is already booked to be the busiest on record, and the demand to escape the winters in North America and Europe has never been higher. The pandemic has taught us how effective remote work can be, and we are seeing a lot more people settling down here for the winter.

The Beach Houses project has evolved with the show villa having its walls up and roof now going on. We’ll give more updates as we complete the villa and we get a chance to display the finishes and furnishings painstakingly put together for this project by Elmsbridge Interiors. We are super excited about that and planning the completion party now for later in the year!

In the meantime, site work has escalated and we expect the perimeter fence to be complete in January and the transplanting of the trees will begin that will shroud the residences and make the enclave very private. The beach nourishment started this week also, and the road repair, gutters, and new asphalting work have begun immediately outside the site.

By February, we expect the project to give a much better sense of place and show how delightful living in this location will be. We’ve had a fantastic response to our pre-season marketing and we are now ending the non-refundable reservation offer at the founder prices with plots 1, 2, and 8 reserved for new owners.

We are looking forward to seeing many of the people interesting in joining the Beach Houses community over this season as they plan their trips down, and it promises to be a really fin winter. If you are planning on coming and haven’t booked anything yet, best do so quickly as we are hearing of a lot of places being completely full already for the season.
