Moving ahead on villa 3 – progress update!
Lots of progress on site this week with the perimeter fence almost completed on the eastern side of the site and the footings for the show villa on Plot 3 now dried and ready for the foundation to be poured. The construction team has been working fast and we expect to see the first walls going up in the next few weeks.
The design team has been busy ordering the finish items and our custom doors and windows are now in production. The show villa is anticipated to be completed in April 2022.
