The Beach Houses project has evolved with the show villa having all its walls up and roof being completed next week. We’ll give more updates as we complete the villa and we get a chance to display the finishes and furnishings painstakingly put together for this project by Elmsbridge Interiors.

We are quite thrilled with how the site work has escalated! The perimeter fence is completed and the transplanting of the trees will begin that will shroud the residences and make the enclave very private. The beach nourishment started this week also, and the road repair, gutters, and new asphalting work has begun immediately outside the site.
